True Healing
We can heal a disease but we cannot heal our life by any outside force nor with any automatic method or device. The ego produces immediate result. The Spirit does not.
The body and mind are connected with the Soul (our other bodies and timelines) through the subconscious, which becomes evident in dream symbols, life occurrences and their symbolism, our likes and dislikes, attractions, repulses, etc., which the mind has to understand and synthesize, after learning to recognize (not hypothesize).
Although all of our lives and timelines influence this one, we have the ability to change our destiny and the value of our journey right here right now, by realizing and dismantling the programs and "returning" to alignment with our Spiritual essence and potential, which is unlimited - provided we honor our power and serve with integrity.

Wisdom of a Warrior
I think that our childhood heroes speak directly to our soul and reveal an inner (most often hidden) part of us. Bruce Lee was my childhood hero, whom I still honor and respect, for many different reasons nowadays…
I also don’t think that we are meant to teach others through our own interpretations of great men’s words. For this reason, I will not enter my own thoughts in between the following Bruce Lee quotes but allow each one to think for themselves, expanding our own consciousness, according to what we each need at the present time.

Invisible Creation
Let’s go deeper…
The waiter at the cafeteria had a very negative, “pushing away” energy. The whole place was “cold” and “distant”. That is what you need to recognize and not "why". The left brain loses a lot of energy trying to figure out the "why" of a situation. Was it me, was it something I said? Should we have gone somewhere else? I demand respect and a good service, etc etc. Lost in self-importance, the ego misses the essence, the hidden reality that is beneath all that.

Challenges for Warriors
Beyond thoughts, which we have accepted and observed in objectivity and humility, lies the knowledge that we seek.
Thoughts form patterns, which the linear mind cannot perceive. We need the cooperation of the right brain to see beyond fragments of reality that seem chaotic but from a distance form a unique magnificent image of meaning and purpose.
The challenge is to “leave your judgmental mind behind as you flow through life, observing your existence”.
We can only do this if our brain has been taught to function as a whole, combining all necessary operations, to serve the self.

I don’t have to change the world, what a relief!
When people ask me what I DO, I invent all sorts of answers and they are different each time. I usually say, “I strip people of their deceptions” or “I am the bitch who mirrors to people what they don’t want to see” or better still, "I am the one who shakes you to awaken because you asked me to”. Anyway…
I’m not on a mission to save the world, change people or persuade anyone about anything. Nevertheless, I “specialize” on paradoxes, that often drive people crazy… sometimes I drive myself crazy too.
I’m a passionate person, so either you’re in or you’re out. Either you move your legs on the bicycle or you fall. As simple as that! Sometimes I see the hole, and drive right into it.

Beyond that which you know
It’s not how much time you spend creating that which you desire to create. It’s how much time you spend with your Self in the process of it all.
It’s not how hard you work at something. It’s how light (weightless) you are within yourself.
It’s not how long you can wait for something. It’s how you “wait”, which is never static.
It’s not how much you believe in something. It’s how deeply you know, beyond all beliefs.
What you do becomes a reflection of who you Are, which the ego will always judge by appearance.

For courageous hearts and daring minds

If you are a trained observer, you realize the discomfort, the need to escape the inevitable. You know that there is nothing that you can DO but ride through the reality emerging in your life’s cycle. It’s a lot more evident than anything you have experienced before. There are no images coming and going, no emotions shaping your psyche. There is just you floating, moving, yet seemingly stuck and nowhere. Only those who have dared the experience can recognize the words and the reality behind them.
It is a very important stage for your consciousness, one that the ego will fight to escape from, with every trick it has learned, following your previous tactics, which you have used to strengthen it.

On becoming wiser…
My little girl has asked me a couple of times, “mommy, what do you want to be when you grow up?” I had a hard time answering and I still haven’t given her a straight answer… until now, when everything is coming together inside me.
Initially I watched the discomfort in me as she asked while my mind was trying desperately to find logic in her question. WHEN I grow up? I’m already “grown up”! My gosh, I’m nearly 50! I've already decided what I want to do… TO DO… the mind interprets “what do you want to BE” as “what do you want to DO”.
So, the ego (which is based on the mind) assumes in great discomfort, “haven’t I already done enough, aren't I doing enough?” But even after realizing all this, the answer still eluded me. I have learned not to take ANY of my daughter’s questions lightly…
