The Power to release

The only way we can experience pain, is if we have inflicted pain on others. Our Self is ALWAYS expressed through others.

We do not forgive or ask for forgiveness. That is acknowledging an illusion as reality. It is the ego’s way.

We need to dissolve the illusion, through a completely open and liberated heart, freeing the other and our self at the same time, from the drama experienced as pain.

What we ask for is the power and the wisdom to open our hearts truthfully and completely, to include all, unconditionally. This involves gratitude, for all that we have learned, for all the roles that were played willingly and perfectly by all, including ourselves, for all the darkness that pointed to the light.

Depression like you’ve never read about it before

Of course you’re entitled to give up, get depressed, want to escape this shit reality we are living as a society. The biggest mistake that you can do, is reject yourself for it or try to fix it by trying to impose the “love and light” theories that have absolutely no meaning in everyday real living.

What good are the theories when you don’t know where your next meal is coming from, when you cannot communicate with anyone, when you have so much anger inside you, when you have lost your job, when nothing means anything anymore? What good is trying to visualize “something positive”, when all the images that are coming cataclysmically to your mind are of destruction, uselessness and self rejection? The last thing that you need and can tolerate is some wise guy telling you to be positive, to “look on the bright side of life”. There IS no bright side! Come to terms with it, get a grip on it and accept it. You are rolling in shit and you are chaotically going round and round dark processes of thought. That’s it!

The hypocrisy of fighting addictions

Or… Why we cannot stop addictions

Whenever I start writing, I feel a real challenge to put every insight and every image that is in my mind on paper. And every time I realize that this is not possible. There are so many perceptions to a specific subject that it is impossible to verbally express them all, especially in a single article. For that reason, this, and all other articles on the blog serve only as triggers to get the surface mind to think differently and help us out of our comfort zones.

Addictions are a huge subject and I can only touch it generally, whereas each person has to do the work for him/herself, on their specific addiction(s). The definition of an addiction, stated plainly, is that action is mechanical, unconscious, not realized. We feel that the repetitive action dominates us and we seem powerless to change it or stop it.

Addictions come in all forms and in all areas of life. The list is endless, although according to society, the most obvious forms of addictions are what we can see and realize on the surface of our being; smoking, alcohol or food consumption, drugs (including prescription pills), nail biting, etc. But there are many others, less recognized and more powerful addictions; clinging on to others, playing the victim, being greedy in our needs, being socially overactive, wanting to save the “less fortunate”, over-spending, being a workaholic, a technology freak, etc.
